Clean the fish by removing all the intestines, cut the fins and rinse. Pat dry.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Slash the fish (not too deep) with a sharp knife.
Season the fish with the salt, curry powder (or any seasoning you're using), onion powder, thyme, pepper flake, seasoning cube, and salt.
Place the fish in a foil grease with cooking spray or oil to avoid sticking. Add red bell pepper and green onion.
Pour over the sliced onion and tomatoes over the fish and cover the fish.
Bake the fish for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.

You can use any type of fish you like.
