Apple cinnamon oatmeal is a simple breakfast made with roll oat, apple, cinnamon, butter to elevate the taste. It doesn’t take time and delicious! This is a bowl of deliciousness if you’ve been taken your oat plain without any addition just plain you’re missing and you need to try this apple cinnamon oatmeal.
This apple cinnamon oatmeal was prepared on a stove pot and it didn’t take time at all. Depending on the type of rolled oat you’re using the cooking time might slightly differ.
Feel free to add any of your favorite nuts into this apple cinnamon oatmeal. If you don’t like it just enjoy it without the nut. Berries are also good toppings too.
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Apple (chopped)
- 1 Cup Old fashioned oat
- 1 Teaspoon Unsalted butter
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ Teaspoon Ginger powder
- Stevia (brown sugar or honey)
- Pinch Salt
- Milk
- Chopped nut (optional)

Chop the apple and set aside. You can use more apple if you desire.

Melt the butter in a saucepan or pot over medium-high heat, add apple, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and stir for a few seconds.

Add water and bring to a boil.

add oat, a pinch of salt and stir, cook until the water is absorbed and the oat is cooked.

Remove from the heat and add stevia(or brown sugar or honey) and combine

Top with milk, nut (if you desire), more honey (if desired) and more fruits.

It could be enjoyed without nut too.
