Avocado Salsa with Pineapple is a good and healthy dip, with no cooking involved. It can be eaten with bread; as a spread, as a dip for fresh veggies, tortilla chips and the list goes on. The pineapple that was included was specifically because our kids don’t like to eat avocado and with the help of the pineapple they were able to try it, and they love it. Now, they eat it without pineapple. If you have a picky eater or you’re a picky eater yourself that doesn’t like to eat avocados, adding pineapple might help you if you’d like to eat it or at least try it out.
