Baked Carrot Fries

Carrot is one of our favorites vegetables, I mean it is one of the vegetables everyone gobbles with no complaint.  Since everyone loves carrot there’s a need to switch it up in terms of how I prepare it and which led to these baked carrots fries.

We also love this Honey Roasted Carrots recipe you can check it out. This is a good way to make your little munchkins to eat more vegetables and I’m sure they will enjoy it. With this baked carrots fries, I don’t need french fries again…lol. That’s how good this carrot is!

These baked carrot fries are good for as a side; with chicken, burger, on its own. Serve it with ketchup or mayo dip sauce and let all the flavors burst into your mouth, typing this makes my mouth watering…lol

I love this carrot recipe and the best way to enjoy it is to make it crispy, so make sure it is crispy before taking it out of the oven. It is best served and eaten the day you prepare it, but if there’s a leftover you will need to pop it into the oven and make it crispy before you eat it again if not it will be soft.

    1. Hi Anonymous,
I’m glad my blog could help.
If you want to bake without an oven, place a big pot on the stovetop and place a wire rack in the big pot.
You can also use a stainless plate or garri inside if you don’t have a wire rack, what this is for is to keep the baking pan away from the direct heat of the big pot. Place the baking pan then add your content cover and make sure the heat escape so you will need a tight fighting cover. With this method, you might not get a crispy texture. You can also bake this carrot fries without the breading, just add the seasoning and bake without the paprika, parsley, oil, salt, and pepper. I hope this helps.
