Baked paprika chicken is on the menu today, the picture might not do justice to the taste of this chicken, but it moist inside and delicious. Chicken is one of the most eaten protein in my house, my kids’ love chicken, I like it too because there are so many ways to prepare it and you would still enjoy it. I will be demonstrating how to make this baked paprika chicken. I have some chicken recipes on the blog that you might want to try.
The recipe includes garlic, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, of course, paprika and many more. The paprika I used is not spicy at all should in case yours is spicy please adjust to your heat tolerance.
You might want to try;
- 10 Chicken drumsticks (pat dry)
- 1 Tablespoon Seasoning powder
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Onion powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne (optional)
- 3 Tablespoons Paprika
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon Curry powder
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Thyme
- Salt and pepper

Mix all the ingredients.

Pat the chicken and marinate with the seasoning mixture. Marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F in the last 15 minutes while the chicken marinade.

Line a baking with parchment paper and place the chicken on it. Cover and bake 20 minutes continue to cook for about 10 more minutes then, flip the chicken.

Remove the cover and continue to cook until the thickest part temperature of the chicken reads 165 degrees F or until the juice runs clear. about 10 more minutes.

Serve and enjoy with your favorite side or with sauce. This was paired with sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!
