Baked salmon in foil is an easy recipe which doesn’t take time to prepare and a healthy meal. You can serve it with your favorite vegetable or side dish. It doesn’t require too many ingredients, mix, and just pop into the oven.
- 6 Salmon fillets
- 4 Tablespoons Oil (divided)
- 3 Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 onion (diced)
- Knorr bouillon powder/cube
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- Aluminum foil
- Salt and pepper
-
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
-
Dice up the tomatoes and onions. Season with oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
-
Season the salmon fillets with oil knorr, and salt.
-
Cut out a small portion of aluminum foil (enough to wrap the fish) and place the salmon on the foil, make sure the oil gets to the side you want to place on the foil to avoid sticking.
-
Add some of the tomato mixtures over the fish.
-
Wrap/fold to cover the fish, to close the packets. Continue until you complete folding the rest of the fish individually.
-
Place all wrapped fish on a baking sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes until the fish is fully cooked (don't overcook).
-
Serve with your favorite side.
-
Enjoy!
