Meatballs are one of our favorites in my house so it wasn’t a surprise immediately I saw this broken spaghetti meatballs in a cookbook (put my own spin) a friend gave me, I said to myself that we will be making this over and over again, and guess what I was right.
I had made this broken spaghetti meatball several times. It was made with meatballs but spaghetti was added to it. I have meatball recipes on the blog you might want to check. You can use ground turkey, chicken, pork, veal or a mixture of them. Broken spaghetti meatballs are so delicious and this is one way to use your leftover spaghetti or just make it with freshly cooked pasta.

Broken spaghetti meatball is a delicious meal full of flavors you will love.
- 2 Pounds Ground Beef
- 1/8 Cup Hot water
- 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Parmigianno-Reggiano cheese (or your choice)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons Tomato paste
- 4 Tablespoons Onion (grated)
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley
- 2 Cloves garlic (minced)
- Bouillon seasoning powder/cube (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup Spaghetti (cold) or more

In a large bowl, add the ground beef.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a small bowl, add the tomato paste and mix with hot water. Stir together.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Add eggs,bouillon seasoning powder, parsley, grated onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Add cheese and the tomato.

Mix together.

Get the cold spaghetti.

Scoop small ball from the beef mixture, get a small piece of the cold spaghetti. Combine to form a ball, place on the lined baking sheet.

Repeat the process until you finish the beef mixture.

Bake in the oven until it is a little brown on the edges and cooked through. About 20 minutes.

Let it cool down, serve with sauce.
