Chicken stir fry with broccoli and green beans is a very delicious stir fry, simple, delicious, and easy to make. After a long day,and need to whip up something quick to eat, prepare this simple meal and before you know it, your meal is ready under 30 minutes or thereabout. You can eat it with your favorite side or by itself. Let’s get started!
- 1.5 Pounds Chicken Breast (cut into small pieces)
- 1/8 Cup Chicken broth or water
- 1/8 Cup Hoisin sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Oyster sauce
- Pinch of thyme
- 1 Pound Green beans, blanched (cut into any inch size of your choice)
- 1 Pound Broccoli floret (Blanched)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper flake
- seasoning cube
- 1 Teaspoon Cornsatrch
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 Teaspoons Freshly minced ginger
- Salt and pepper

Season the chicken with the seasoning cube, pinch of thyme, salt and pepper.

In a saucepan or wok, heat oil over high-heat. Add minced ginger and saute for a few seconds. Add chicken on a single layer and cook both sides until it cooks through. It takes about 4 minutes.

In a bowl, mix oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.

Add the pepper flake to the chicken and stir.

Add the blanched green beans and broccoli and continue to stir.

Add the hoisin mixture and stir. Let everything heat through or the sauce boil.

Turn off the heat.

Note:
You can throw in any vegetable of your choice. If you would like to have more liquid you can add more chicken broth or water.
