It can’t get any easier than this. I mean, just mixing the dry pancake mix and store in an airtight container until you’re ready to make pancakes. This dry pancake mix saves me some time because when I want to sleep in and don’t want to be bothered for breakfast meal this pancake mix is the savior because pancake with the mix hubby can watch the kids makes pancakes.
After mixing all the listed ingredients and you want to make pancake just scoop a cup of the flour mix, mix 3/4 cup of water, one egg, butter, a splash of vanilla and cook. If you want it lighter add more water. With this one cup flour mixture, you’d get 5 pancakes if you scoop with a 1/4 cup measuring cup.
You might want to try;
- 4.5 Cups All-purpose flour
- 1 Cup Dry Powdered milk (fat or non-fat powdered milk)
- ¼ - ½ Cup Granulated sugar (adjust to your taste)
- 1 Tablespoon Baking soda
- 2 Tablespoons baking powder
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Salt
- To prepare:
- For 1 Cup of pancake mix (spooned and leveled)
- ¾ Cup water (depending on how light you want it)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Melted butter or oil

Mix all the pancake mix; flour, dry powder milk, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Sieve and store in an airtight container and place it in a cool dry place until you want to make pancakes.

Whisk egg, vanilla, butter/oil, and water in a bowl, then mix with a cup of pancake mix. Add more water if you want it lighter.

Mix to combine and set aside. Heat and grease the skillet with cooking spray/butter/ oil.

Scoop the batter with a ¼ cup of measuring cup and cook, when the batter bubbles, flip and cook the other side until golden brown or your color preference.

Serve warm and enjoy with maple syrup/boney or your choice of condiment. This makes 5 pancakes.
