Easy Crepes Recipe

This easy crepes recipe is easy to make, it doesn’t require any special equipment than a blender and if you don’t want or have a blender you can mix in a bowl but you must ensure you have no lumps.

Some people pass crepes as pancakes but they’re different. Crepes are thin compared to pancakes that are thicker.

This recipe requires you allow the batter to rest for about 10 minutes or more, this will help with hold the batter together and to avoid tearing when cooking.

This easy crepes recipe could be filled with different fillings; peanut butter, mascarpone, whipped cream, strawberry, chocolate syrup and many more. Feel free to drizzle chocolate syrup, powdered sugar over the crepes and so on.
