Easy Guacamole recipe, yes, it is an easy recipe to make. It is perfect for dipping, for tacos, any Mexican food or even by itself, I do eat it by itself or over a sandwich. It is simple, shines through and flavorful.
Anytime I make guacamole it finishes immediately or latest the next day, so if you’re making a big batch of this easy guacamole make sure you dip in the seeds inside it you can also include the lime and make sure you use the cling (plastic wrap) to cover tightly and no air enters and refrigerate. This will keep it green but should in case it is brown just lightly scoop the brown part.
The ingredients in the guacamole are very easy to get, some people don’t like to add lime to it but to be honest, lime is one of the major ingredients that bring out the flavor in the guacamole but if you don’t want to add lime it is totally up to you and that’s one of the beauties of home cooking you can control what you want to add to your food.
Tips: If your avocados are not ripe it might be difficult to mash, but you can use this easy tip to ripen the avocados faster. Place the avocados in a brown envelope or a paper bag then microwave for a few seconds, check and see if you need to microwave more until it softens. If you don’t like raw onion flavor just soak into warm water for about 10 minutes to reduce the onion flavor.
Let’s get started!
- 3 Big Avocados hash (halved, pitted, and flesh out)
- ¼-1/3 Cup Red onion (chopped)
- 1 lime juice
- 1 Tomato (seeded and diced)
