This fresh strawberry butter is one of my spread favorites, it is so easy to make and no cooking is required another plus to this simple fresh strawberry butter.
Fresh strawberry butter requires fresh strawberry if you have cold strawberry make sure it thaws a little bit before you use it. Making this recipe is simple but if puree the butter too much when making it, it will be runny.
I will recommend you don’t make too much at a time so as to enjoy it fresh, however, it could last a few days in the refrigerator. Make sure the butter is soft before using it. You want both butter and strawberry in room temperature for the best result.
You can enjoy this recipe with slices of bread, over pancakes, waffles and many more.
You might want to try;
- 1 Cup Butter softened
- 1 Cup Fresh strawberry clean, and chopped
- 1/8-1/4 Cup Honey or confectioner sugar
-
In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened butter and mix.
-
Add the chopped strawberry and combine. For more smooth combination use a hand electric mixer and mixer further, then add honey or confectioner sugar if that’s what you’re using then continue to mix to the strawberry a little bit for about 1 minute or more.
-
If you puree too much it will be runny.
-
Serve immediately or store into an airtight container and refrigerate but make sure take it out and use in room temperature when you want to use it.
-
Enjoy!
