Breakfast Pizza

So, I’m sharing a breakfast pizza recipe today. It’s very easy to make, if you have all the ingredients at home you will have your breakfast staring at you under 30 minutes.  All you need for this breakfast pizza is flour, baking powder, salt, milk, salt, oil, cheese with your choice of toppings, I used sausage, tomato (seasoned with salt and pepper), jalapeno which is optional, and eggs.

You can use any toppings of your choice, ham, bacon, beef, spinach. If you want to try like tomato sauce in it just spread a little bit of the sauce before you add the cheese. When placing the sausage slices, make sure you place the sausage slice close to secure the egg.

  5. Add small flour on a countertop and place the dough and knead. Cut the dough into four small balls.

  6. Gently roll each dough into a thin crust and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle about half a tablespoon of oil, add shredded cheese to the edges of the dough.

  7. Add the rest of the toppings (I used 4 sausages, sliced honey turkey, honey, jalapeno, egg) as you did with the cheese. Strategically place the sausage slices to secure the egg. I slightly microwaved the sausages before I sliced them.

  8. Gently break an egg into a small bowl (to avoid breaking shell into the dough) and pour into the middle of the dough. Repeat the process until you're done with the remaining dough.
