Homemade Fruit Popsicles

There’s nothing more refreshing on a hot day than a cold, colorful popsicle made with real fruit. Forget store-bought versions loaded with sugar and artificial flavors; these homemade fruit popsicles are healthy, naturally sweet, and fun to make with the whole family. Whether you love juicy berries, tropical pineapple, or creamy mango, you can mix and match your favorite fruits for endless flavor combinations. You only need a few simple ingredients and popsicle bags to whip them up at home.

Homemade Fruit Popsicles

These homemade fruit popsicles are a refreshing and healthy summer snack made with fresh fruit, juice, and natural sweetness. Perfect for kids, parties, or anytime you crave a cool treat.

Ingredients
  • Mango, strawberry, blueberry, apple, pineapple, nectarine, tangerine, etc.
  • Splash of Coconut water, or water (helps with blending & freezing)
  • Honey, agave, or maple syrup (optional)
  • Spinach
  • Beetroot (cleaned, peeled, and diced
  • Popsicle/ice candy bags
Instructions
  1. Prepare your fruits; rinse, dice/slice.

  2. Add your chosen fruit, juice/coconut water, and sweetener to a blender. Blend until smooth. You can combine the fruits (I added spinach to the apple), or just a single type of fruit.

  3. For layered popsicles, blend each fruit separately. Strain (Optional), I didn't strain the fruits.

  4. If you want a smoother popsicle, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve.
Fill the Bag
  1. Use a small funnel (sold together with the popsicles bags) to pour the fruit mix into the popsicle bags. Ensure that your fingers are dry when you want to open the popsicle bags.

  2. Leave about some space at the top to allow for expansion as it freezes.
  3. Seal the bags, seal tightly.
  4. Freeze: Lay flat in the freezer (on a tray) for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  5. Enjoy. Cut or tear open the top of the bag and enjoy your homemade fruit popsicle!
