This lemony yogurt sauce is going to be one of the best things you’re going to make this week if you try it out. No cooking is involved, no blending, or anything beyond chop, squeeze, and mix, that’s it! The lemony yogurt sauce can be adjusted to your preference. If you don’t like too much lemon, adjust it or don’t use it. Garlic is used in this recipe, so a small garlic clove could be used or substitute for garlic powder.
If you like some kick (heat), sprinkle some pepper flakes to it. This recipe goes very well with kebabs, grilled chicken, beef, vegetables, and much more. Either milk or plain yogurt is good for this recipe so feel free to use either of the two. There are other dips/sauces recipes on the blog, I’ll link some below check them out or search the blog.
You might want to try;
- 1 cup Plain or milk yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons Lemon juice (adjust to your preference)
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh mint (or more)
- 1 small Garlic (or powder)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chop the mint, mince the garlic, juice the lemon.
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients serve with chicken, beef, kebab and so many more. You can also make it head and chill until you're ready to use it.
