Talk of eating cake within a few minutes, this microwave chocolate cake will deliver without any stress or special equipment, no cleaning everything in a ramekin or mug.
When making this microwave chocolate cake make sure you use a good cocoa powder you can also add some chocolate chips for more decadent chocolate. It’s fast and easy, you can enjoy it with ice cran or whipping cream or as is. So what are you waiting for? Let’s get started!
You might want to try;
- 3 Tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 3-4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Baking powder
- 4 Tablespoons Whole Milk (or your choice)
- 2 Tablespoons Oil (your choice)
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
In a ramekin or mug, add all the dry ingredients; flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and stir.
Add the wet ingredients; oil, milk, vanilla extract, stir everything with a fork.
Pop into the microwave and time for 30 seconds and increase it 30 seconds until it’s fully done. About 70-90 minutes depending on the microwave power.
Remove and enjoy with ice cream, or as is.
