Molten chocolate lava is a simple dessert you can whip up and enjoy anytime. It’s soft, moist and oozes chocolate out when you cut into it. It is simple but yet delicious, and it doesn’t require many ingredients.I like to heat the ramekins first before I pour the batter this helps with the baking time and also allow the inside moist or over bake. It’s spring break for the kids and since our break didn’t fall to the same week, (had mine last week) I can only bake a small, simple cake that won’t take my time and they will enjoy. You can double or increase the recipe if you would like to have more than two.
