Oatmeal Fufu Recipe

Oatmeal fufu is a very healthy meal, it is a great way to eat more fiber. Some people do keto for eat healthy which works pretty well but I’m not cut out for that…lol. I love food but I try to eat as healthy as possible so eating swallow “morsel” using oatmeal is a great option.

To make this oatmeal fufu recipe you need to grind the oatmeal into a powder for if you think the powder is not smooth enough just sieve it out. Bring water to a rolling boil and set aside some aside then add the oatmeal powder then turn and cook as you would cook amala.

One of the most important things to know about oatmeal fufu is that if you’re not eating it immediately you might want to make it softer (not so soft but lighter) than when you want to eat it immediately because it gets a little bit harder when it gets cold.

I used Quicker oat whole wheat rolled and it was enough for four average adults.
