Peanut Butter Sauce

Peanut Butter Sauce

Peanut butter sauce is a very simple and delicious, it requires very few ingredients and no cooking involved. I used Homemade Peanut Butter (Two Ways) but you can use a store-bought peanut butter. The crunchy peanut won’t work for this sauce so you want a smooth peanut butter.

You can use peanut sauce in noodles, salad, grilled chicken/turkey. You can also use the sauce on ice cream but you just need to heat it for about 3 minutes.

Let’s get started!

  2. You need the sauce to be thick but still pourable, so if it’s too thick slowly add water about a tablespoon at a time until you get the consistency you want.

  3. You can enjoy this sauce with noodles, salad, pour over an ice cream and so on. If you need more acidity, add more lime juice, if you want more sweetness, add more maple syrup, for more heat, add more red pepper flake.

You can make it ahead, refrigerate in a covered jar and bring to a room temperature when you’re ready to use.

     Enjoy!
