- 2 Teaspoons Tomato paste
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano (or any seasoning of your choice)
- Knorr cube/powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion and Garlic powder
- 3 Teaspoons Oil
- 1/2 Cup Broth
- Rolls or Buns

In a saucepan, add water and place over high heat and bring to boil. Add the sausages. Or just cook the sausages according to the package instruction. Remove and drain, poke the sausage with a fork.
Place a large skillet over a medium heat and heat the oil. Brown the sausages. When the sausages are brown remove them on a plate.
In the same pan, saute the sliced onions until fragrant. Add the oregano, onion and garlic powder and cook for about two minutes.
Add the bell peppers and mix to combine all. Cook the peppers for about five minutes. Add salt and knorr. Add the tomato paste and the broth mix and bring to a simmer.
Add the sliced sausages, red pepper flakes and combine. Cook the mixture until it gets to the consistency you want.
Cook until it thickens, I sliced a few onion rings when it was all done.
Toast your rolls or buns, or just serve the peppered sausage without toating the rolls.
