Happy new week guys! Hope your weekend was fantastic? It is a new week, one day closer to our goal, right? Don’t relent keep pushing! So the recipe I’m sharing today is pineapple fried rice, this is another way to enjoy your rice, you can use brown rice, jasmine, basmati, or any long grain rice of your choice. This rice is delicious, it sweet and savory. If you want it spicy add some cayenne or dice some habanero/rodo while you’re adding the red bell pepper.
