Delicious pineapple pancakes for easy breakfast that everyone would ask for more. If you love to eat pineapple this is another way to enjoy it by incorporating it into your breakfast. Also, if you love pancakes, you need to try these pineapple pancakes, these are simply the best. This is one of our kids’ favorite pancakes recipe, they always ask for it.

You might want to try these recipes;
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 Tablespoons sugar (adjust to your preference)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1-1.5 cups crushed pineapple
- 1 cup whole milk (or your choice)
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

In another bowl, combine crushed pineapple, egg, melted butter, milk.

Pour the pineapple mixture with the flour mixture.

Set the batter aside and heat a griddle or non-skillet over medium-high heat ad spray with cooking oil or grease with butter or oil. If you love it thin add more milk.

Scoop about ¼ cup of batter and cook on the griddle, when you notice the bubbles on the edges/top of the batter, flip with a spatula and cook on the other side until lightly brown or to your desired color.

Repeat the process and serve with your favorite syrup, or condiments.

Are you sure you’re supposed to put 4 cups of sugar in this recipe??
Thank you for pointing that out. It was supposed to be 4 tablespoons. It has been fixed!
