- 4 Turkey Legs; bone-in skin-on (clean and pat dry)
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
- ½ Onion (grated)
- 2 Tablespoons Low soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Chili powder (use more or less)
- ¼ Cup Unsalted butter
- ¼ Cup Canola oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and line a baking pan with a foil.
Clean the turkey legs and pat dry.

Grate the onion and mix all the ingredients together.

Score each of the turkey to allow the season to permeate thoroughly. Place on the baking pan and repeat the process with the other turkey legs. Set aside the leftover seasonings

Roast in the preheated oven and roast for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes baste the turkey every 20 minutes until the turkey legs are fully roasted. It should take about 1.5 hours in total depending on the size of the turkey legs. The internal temperature (check the thickest part) reads 165 degrees F or the juice runs clear.
