Sausage and shrimps jambalaya is a rice dish with a mixture of sausage and shrimps, you can add diced chicken, pork, meat to the dish. I used just sausage and shrimps. If you want it more red vibrant color use more tomato paste.
This sausage and shrimps jambalaya is definitely one of the rice dishes you need to try. It is flavorful, tasty, and easy to prepare. You can use any of your favorites sausage in this recipes, also the shrimp could have shells on or off.
If you don’t use seasoning powder or cube you just salt and pepper for your seasoning. Heat lives in the pepper’s seed make sure you remove the seed if you don’t want it spicy or adjust to your preference.
