Happy Holidays! Are you craving a quick and healthy meal? This simple salad recipe is perfect for any occasion! It is easy to make and packed with flavor; this salad is a crowd-pleaser. The simple vinaigrette enhances the taste, and you’ll enjoy this simple salad recipe.
The main ingredients are lettuce, romaine, iceberg, tomato, avocado, cucumber, and shrimp. You can season the shrimp with your favorite seasonings; even salt and pepper will suffice. However, I seasoned it with paprika, Oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

The vinaigrette ingredients are all pantry stable: avocado oil (you can use any oil of your choice), dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. You can adjust the quantity of vinaigrette to your desired quantity.

Simple salad recipe is perfect for any occasion!.

Ingredients
Salad Ingredients
  • 1/2 Pound Small shrimp (cleaned; peeled and deveined); seasoned as you desire. I used; paprika, Oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Oil (your choice)
  • 3 Cups Romaine Lettuce Chopped
  • 3 Cups Iceberg Chopped
  • 3 Roma Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 Cucumber Diced
  • 1 Avocado (pitted and diced)
vinaigrette (adjust to your taste)
  • 1/3 Cup Avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Clean up the shrimp: Deveine, peel, and pat dry.

  2. Season the shrimp and set aside.

  3. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until it turns pink and cooked, then set aside.

  4. Clean iceberg, and romaine lettuce, and chop them to your desired size. Add to a big bowl.

  5. Rinse tomatoes, cucumber, dice, and add to the chopped lettuce in the bowl.

  6. Cut the avocado into half, remove the seed, and dice up. Add to the rest of the ingredients.

  7. Combine the Vinaigrette ingredients in a cup and drizzle over the salad.
