This smoothie bowl of goodness is all you what you’d want to have for breakfast every day. The smoothie bowl ingredients included cucumber, frozen banana, avocado, turmeric, ground flaxseed, turmeric, yogurt and you can use plain or low-fat yogurt just choose the one you prefer.
You can use any fruits of your choice you can also add nuts to the ingredients. All these ingredients are all beneficial to us. Feel free to add some coconut milk or almond milk for a more rich and creamier texture. I used grades, walnut, cashew, coconut, and some toasted sesame seeds for my toppings but feel free to use any toppings of your choice.
You might want to try;
- 1 Cup Cold Yogurt (plain or low fat)
- 1 Cucumber peeled
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Teaspoon Ground flaxseed
- ½ Tablespoon Turmeric
- Few drops of honey (if you want it sweet; optional)
- You can use any topping of your choice
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Throw in all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
If you desire, you can leave the turmeric out while blend then mix it with a spoon when you’re done with blending.
If you want it cold you can refrigerate your ingredients overnight or use frozen banana plus some ice cubes and vice versa. You can add any fruits of your choice and if you want it slightly sweet just add a few drops of honey or date syrup or better still use flavor yogurt.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
