Strawberry waffles are a very delicious breakfast that everyone would enjoy. Waffles on its own are delicious adding fresh strawberry that has been sitting in sugar and releases its juice add oomph to this strawberry waffles.
This is a breakfast recipe you would want to make very often. It was served with extra fresh strawberries, strawberry butter with confectioners’ sugar. You can serve these waffles with syrup, honey, fruits compote or your favorite condiment.

You might want to try;
Cranberry Conserve with Maple Syrup
- 2 Cups All-purpose flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 Teaspoons baking powder
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 Cups milk
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
- 1 Cup Fresh strawberries (hulled, rinsed, and quartered or chopped) plus more for serving
- 1/4 Cup Sugar

In a bowl, add cleaned waffles, hulled and chopped or quartered and ¼ cup of sugar then mix and allow to sit while you make the batter.

Preheat the waffle maker and continue to mix the ingredients.

Whisk all the dry ingredients in a bowl; flour, baking soda, baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt together.

Combine the wet ingredients. In another bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla, milk and whisk to combine. Add the melted butter stir. Combine both the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together.

Transfer the strawberry mixture and combine.

Spray the waffle iron/maker with cooking spray and scoop the batter (don’t overfill it) cook according to the manufacturer’s instruction or until golden brown or the shade you want.. Repeat the process until you exhaust the batter.

Serve with strawberry butter, whipped cream, maple syrup, honey or your favorite fruits.
