Watermelon Pineapple Lemonade

The weather is changing every single day, this watermelon pineapple lemonade drink is what the weather calls for now even though it is not summer yet. To make this delicious and tasty watermelon pineapple lemonade, you’ll need a watermelon, pineapple, pineapple juice, water, or watermelon juice (or both), and sugar. This is a very refreshing drink and a crowd-pleaser. It is easy to make and all the ingredients are very accessible. Please, feel free to adjust the sugar to your preference.

If you’re hosting a small gathering or in-house party this drink will serve you well because your guests will ask for more because it’s so refreshing and you can adjust the sweetness as you desire.

Watermelon Pineapple Lemonade
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (I used big 4 lemons)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 4-5 cups water (or watermelon juice)
  • ¼- ½ cup sugar (or more)
  • Ice cubes (if desires)
Instructions
  1. Get your pineapple ready, squeeze out the lemon juice, I used 4 big lemons. To get the most out of your lemons roll each lemon on a hard surface back and forth a few times.

  2. Make the syrup by adding a cup of water and sugar together in a pan or pot and bring to a boil. Making sure to stir and the sure dissolves. Turn off the heat and set the pan by the side to allow the syrup to cool down.

  3. In a large pitcher, add syrup and water or watermelon juice. If you use watermelon juice you'll get a brighter red color.

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Taste add more water if you need to add more. Refrigerate until chilled.
