You might want to try;
- 1 Cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (I used big 4 lemons)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 4-5 cups water (or watermelon juice)
- ¼- ½ cup sugar (or more)
- Ice cubes (if desires)
Get your pineapple ready, squeeze out the lemon juice, I used 4 big lemons. To get the most out of your lemons roll each lemon on a hard surface back and forth a few times.
Make the syrup by adding a cup of water and sugar together in a pan or pot and bring to a boil. Making sure to stir and the sure dissolves. Turn off the heat and set the pan by the side to allow the syrup to cool down.
In a large pitcher, add syrup and water or watermelon juice. If you use watermelon juice you'll get a brighter red color.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Taste add more water if you need to add more. Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve with ice cubes and enjoy it.
