One white onion
One clove of garlic
¼cupof diced tomatoes
I’ve cups of chicken stock
¼cupof bulgur
Our cup of red lentils
¼cupof rice
2tablespoonsof tomato paste
A teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1teaspoonof Caprica
1tablespoonof dried mint
Black pepper
Salt
Instructions
Heat your olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and combine the onion with the garlic, cooking for two minutes. After this, add in the tomatoes and cook down for 10 minutes.
Or in the stock, bulgur, red lentils, rice, broker, tomato paste, mint, and cayenne pepper. Bring it up to a boil; reduce the heat down to low and simmer until everything is cooked.
Transfer into a blender and pulse until it reaches the texture that you desire.
