Get your pineapple ready, squeeze out the lemon juice, I used 4 big lemons. To get the most out of your lemons roll each lemon on a hard surface back and forth a few times.
Make the syrup by adding a cup of water and sugar together in a pan or pot and bring to a boil. Making sure to stir and the sure dissolves. Turn off the heat and set the pan by the side to allow the syrup to cool down.
In a large pitcher, add syrup and water or watermelon juice. If you use watermelon juice you'll get a brighter red color.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Taste add more water if you need to add more. Refrigerate until chilled.
