Gather all the ingredients and set them aside. Melt the butter (if that's what you're using) set aside.
In a blender, add butter, and bananas and blend until combined.
Add the oat, and the remaining ingredients and blend.
Use a spatula to scrape the sides of the blender as much as possible. Blend until smooth, if the batter is too thick thin out with milk as much as needed. After blending, leave the batter for at least 5 minutes before cooking.
Heat the griddle or non-skillet pan to about 350 degrees and spray with cooking spray or oil or butter. When it is hot gently pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot griddle, allow it to cook for about 2 minutes or more until the batter bubbles. Flip and cook on the other side for about 60 minutes or more until it cooks. Repeat the process until you exhaust the batter.
