Clean the beef and cut/ slice (long or short) against the grain, add seasoning.
Add knorr, salt, about a tablespoon low sauce and oyster, and cornstarch. Mix to combine and set aside.
Cut the broccoli floret.
Blanch the broccoli by boiling water and add the broccoli for two minutes and pour into a bowl of cold/ice water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Place a heavy skillet or a saucepan over a high heat and heat the oil.
When the oil is hot, brown/ cook the beef on both sides. Remove the beef and set aside.
Mix the low sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, brown sugar, cornstarch.
Pour the sauce and beef broth into the same pan used to cook the beef and bring to a boil until it thickens to the consistency you want. How much liquid you want. Make sure you scrap the bottom of the skillet after you pour the broth or after you pour the sauce.
Add the onion and mix.
Add the blanched broccoli and mix.
Add the beef and continue to stir.
Add the red pepper flake, and onion powder. Check the seasoning, you might not need to add any salt again because the sauces have salt in them but you might want to check if more seasoning is required.
Serve and Enjoy!
