Chop/blend parsley, celery, and onion.
Place the ground chicken into a large bowl, add the onion mixture.
Add breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, knorr, and salt
Mix to combine, don't overmix. Rub some oil on a plate or a baking sheet. scoop the chicken mixture (your size preference) and form a ball then place on the greased plate/pan.
Place it in the refrigerator and leave for at least 30 minutes. Remove allow to rest at a room temperature before cooking it.
Place a skillet over a medium-high heat and add about 2 tablespoons into the pan and leave it to get hot.
Sear the chicken balls and remove into a plate.
In a small bowl, mix the hot sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the mixture to the same pan. You can double the sauce if you like more sauce.
Return the chicken balls into the pan. Turn the chicken meatballs to allow the sauce to coat all the chicken balls. Let it absorbs and fully cook in the sauce for about 5-6 minutes.
You can add any topping you like over the chicken meatball. Ranch, cheese or any of your favorite topping. Serve and enjoy!
