In a bowl, add warm water sprinkle of sugar and yeast. Set aside until the yeast forms.
Melt butter, and set aside.
Add the melted butter to the yeast.
Add milk and sugar.
Add egg (break the egg in a small bowl one at a time, to avoid having a shell in the mixture)
Add the flour (a cup at a time) until you incorporate the flour and mix until it's not sticky
Transfer the dough onto a floured worktop and knead the dough for about 2 minutes until it is elastic and smooth. Place in a greased bowl and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Grease a baking pan. Divide the dough into small balls.
Form the dough into a small ball to resemble rolls. Cover and keep in a warm place to double up for about one hour. Preheat the oven (375 degrees) for about 10 mins.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
