Clean the chicken and dice.
Add the seasoning; seasoning powder, red pepper flake. salt, and pepper
Mix and set aside.
Place a skillet over a medium-high heat, add oil and cook the chicken on both sides until they are fully cooked.
Clean the cucumber and use a spiralizer to make it curly. set aside
Dice the red bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes.
Place all the vegetables and chicken on a plate.
Enjoy with your favorite dressing.
Note:
For the dressing, I used avocado, lemon juice, a tablespoon of olive oil greek yogurt, salt, and pepper. Blended together.
