Season the chicken with the chicken cube, onion powder, salt, you can add any season of your choice and set aside. Add oil in a skillet or a pan and heat over high heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet and cook on both sides, Remove and place on a paper towel, let the chicken cool then dice or shred and set aside.
In the same pan, reduce the heat to medium-high heat, add onions let it cook a little bit, and add pepper( I used red, green, and yellow) until the cook through, about 4-5minutes, and set aside.
In another skillet melt half of the butter and lay a flour tortilla on it and lay cheese on it, then cooked pepper and chicken.
Top it with grated cheese and cover it with another flour tortilla. Press down with a spatula or spoon.
When the first side is cooked, that is when is cheese is melting out, it is time to flip to cook the other side. Drop half part of the butter to cook the other side.
Cook the remaining tortilla and cut. You can serve with sour cream, salsa, or chow down like that. Enjoy.
If you want it spicy, you can add some hot sauce or jalapeno. Twist, tweak the recipe to your taste.
