Proof yeast: In a bowl, combine milk and yeast, sprinkle a little bit of sugar and set aside for about 10 minutes until foamy.
Stir in butter, salt, sugar, and egg in a bowl. If you're using a mixer, mix it on low, add flour gently. Increase the mixer speed to medium and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Get a large bowl and use oil or butter to grease it. Put the dough into the bowl and cover, set it in a warm place and let it doubled, it will take about 2 hours.
Use oil or butter to grease a baking pan. After the dough is doubled transfer it to a Flour surface.
Cut the dough into small pieces (the size you want). Roll each piece into a ball-like shape, and place them into the baking pan, space them while putting them in the baking pan (because the rolls will rise again). Cover and set in a warm place for 1 hour and let them doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Gently brush melted butter on the dough (as shown in the above picture). Bake until golden, about 18-20 minutes. Take the rolls out of the oven and brush some melted butter. Serve warm, and enjoy.
Serve warm, and enjoy.
