Add the vegetables and combine
Add the stock or water and stir. Check the seasonings readjust if necessary. Allow the liquid to dry then take off the heat.
For the Egg
You can poach or make sunny side egg to go with the vegetables.
To poach: bring water to a boil in a saucepan add a dash of white vinegar. Use a ladle or spoon and make whirlpool (like rotating in a circular motion) gently drop an egg allow the white egg to cook remove, and place on paper towel to drain or put the egg in a water bath to stop the cooking then season with salt and pepper then serve with the vegetable. Sprinkle red pepper flake for heat.
Sunnyside egg: heat the remaining oil over medium heat, add the egg reduce the heat, season with salt and pepper then cover and cook to your preference. Serve with the vegetables.
I used both poached egg and sunny side egg with a splash of hot sauce for some kick.
If you need some heat, add hot sauce or sprinkle red pepper flake
