Place a saucepan over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and stir, add the season(s) of your choice, knorr, and salt.
Cook until it is no longer pink, drain all the excess fat, you can see the amount of oil in there.
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool down.
In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the parmesan cheese.
Separate the eggs yolks from the white.
Add the egg yolks to the flour mixture.
Whisk the white eggs until its stiff peak, and set aside.
Mix the milk and vanilla extract together.
Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and mix together.
Add the egg white and gently fold it in (remove the hand whisker)with a spatula. Set aside.
Preheat the waffle iron/maker. grease with oil or cooking spray.
Add the batter into the waffle iron/maker, sprinkle the ground beef (you can add as much as you want) and green onions (if you're using) cover and cook according to the machine instruction.
Continue the process until you're done with the batter.
Serve with sour cream or any syrup of your choice. Enjoy!
Note:
I actually cooked one pound of the ground beef but I did use everything, I had leftover that was why I reduced the quantity in the recipe.
