Homemade Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Pizza sauce
  • Chicken (chopped)
  • 1 Cup Pineapple (diced)
  • 1 Cup Grape Tomatoes (half)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil (or your choice)
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese (as much as you like)
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornmeal
  • 2 Tablespoon flour (or more)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.
  2. Grease your baking pan with oil and sprinkle the cornmeal over it, shake to allow the cornmeal to get to all the pan.

  3. Dump a pizza dough on a floured surface.

  4. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out.

  5. Pick up the dough and gently stretch, you can hold your hand into a fist and place the dough over it, if you can, throw it up or just use your second hand to stretch the dough out.

  6. Place the stretched dough onto the pan, brush oil over the dough. 

  7. Add the pizza sauce and spread over the dough leave some space on the edge of the pizza.

  8. Add cheese

  9. Add chicken

  10. Add the tomatoes (seasoned with oil, salt, and pepper) and pineapple or any toppings you’re using.

  11. Pop it in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese bubbles or the cheese melts and the pizza is fully cooked.

  12. Let it cool and slice.

  13. Serve and enjoy.
