Add small flour on a countertop and place the dough and knead. Cut the dough into four small balls.
Gently roll each dough into a thin crust and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle about half a tablespoon of oil, add shredded cheese to the edges of the dough.
Add the rest of the toppings (I used 4 sausages, sliced honey turkey, honey, jalapeno, egg) as you did with the cheese. Strategically place the sausage slices to secure the egg. I slightly microwaved the sausages before I sliced them.
Gently break an egg into a small bowl (to avoid breaking shell into the dough) and pour into the middle of the dough. Repeat the process until you're done with the remaining dough.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the eggs are firm and the dough is baked. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the eggs. Enjoy.
