Soak the skewers in a bowl full of water to avoid burning.
Clean the chicken and cut into bite size, you can pound the chicken to flatten it but it’s optional.
Season with seasoning powder/cube and salt and mix to permeate all the chicken.
Drizzle oil over the chicken and make sure it coats all the chicken and gently thread the chicken into the skewer.
Coat the chicken with the suya spice and make sure all the chicken is coated.
Leave for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a foil, you can put a wire rack before placing the coated chicken.
Bake for 20-25 minutes turning at 10 minutes interval after 20 minutes drizzle or coat with oil again then continue to bake until it is done.
Serve with sliced onion, tomatoes.
