Baked Tilapia Fish

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Tilapia
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 habanero pepper/Rodo
  • sliced Onion
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 2 Teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 Teaspoons chili flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce (optional)
  • 1/2   bouillion cube (maggi)
  • Salt for seasoning (adjust seasoning to your preference)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, blend habanero and red bell pepper.

    Clean the fish, remove the intestines and wash the fish. Slash both sides of the fish (not too deep) and pat dry the fish.

  2. Put a saucepan on the stove, melt butter in a saucepan, grated ginger, garlic(if you're using) into butter, add lemon zest, soy sauce(if you're using), chili flakes, blended pepper, and paprika in the melted butter in the pan.

  3. Put the fish in a baking pan, pour the pepper (in the pan), and spread all over the fish and inside. Put the sliced onions inside.

  4. Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. The cooking time of the fish depends on the size of the fish.
