Fresh Strawberry Butter

Prep Time 8 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter softened
  • 1 Cup Fresh strawberry clean, and chopped
  • 1/8-1/4 Cup Honey or confectioner sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened butter and mix.

  2. Add the chopped strawberry and combine. For more smooth combination use a hand electric mixer and mixer further, then add honey or confectioner sugar if that’s what you’re using then continue to mix to the strawberry a little bit for about 1 minute or more.

  3. If you puree too much it will be runny.

  4. Serve immediately or store into an airtight container and refrigerate but make sure take it out and use in room temperature when you want to use it.
