Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F, then grease the baking pan (9x5) and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients; flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, sugar and set aside.
In another bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients; oil/butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, espresso coffee if you’re using.
Create space in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients to combine.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out, top with chocolate chips. Sieve some cocoa powder over the batter(optional).
Bake in the preheated oven for 70-75 minutes, or when you insert a toothpick into the middle and it comes out clean.
Allow to rest for about 10 minutes and place over a wire rack to cool down completely.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
You can serve with some strawberry too.
