Barbecue Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken wings (and drumette, clean and dry)
  • ¾ Cup Rice flour (or All-purpose flour)
  • 2 Teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Glaze
  • ¾ Cup Barbeque sauce
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F, line a baking sheet with foil and grease with oil or cooking spray, then set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, add the chickens and season with salt, pepper, paprika, ginger, and garlic powder then combine.

  3. Place the seasoned on the prepared pan on a single layer and bake for 30-35 minutes. Flip when it’s about 20 minutes after and continue to bake.

  4. In the last 12-15 minutes to baking the chicken, add all the glaze ingredients into a saucepan/pot and bring to boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. When the chicken is done, add the chicken and coat.
