Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Clean up the turkey and use paper towels to pat dry (very dry) the turkey.
In a small bowl, mix the seasoning cube, salt, thyme, onion powder, ground black pepper, and oil.
Rub the mixture over the turkey, gently lift the skin off (don't rip it off) and rub the mixture inside and out.
Place the turkey on a baking sheet and roast for about 90 minutes(the size of the turkey will determine the roasted time, but for the size I used, I roasted it for the stated time).
Remove the turkey from the oven
Brush the cranberry orange glaze (recipe below) over the turkey. I slashed the turkey a little bit before brushing the glaze, this step is optional you can brush the glaze without slashing the turkey.
My turkey had some dripping so I didn't use any chicken broth. If your turkey doesn't have any dripping, pour a 1/2-1 cup of chicken broth in the baking sheet so the glaze doesn't burn.
Cover the turkey and return to the oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes or until the thermometer reads 170 degrees F.
Remove the cover and turn the oven off. Leave the turkey to rest, transfer the turkey to a plate and brush the remaining glaze and leave for about 10 minutes.
Drizzle the remaining glaze over the turkey.
Cranberry orange glaze is ready. Enjoy.
For Cranberry Orange Glaze
Pour the cranberry and orange juices concentrate in a pot, add rosemary and orange marmalade ( I used one cup of both juices and 1/2 cup of marmalade, you can double it or half it) and put on a heat over a medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
Stir occasionally and let the mixture reduces (thickens)
Add butter, salt, and pepper.
Note: You can use any herb of your choice.
