In a small bowl, combine, paprika, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, add the turkey breast (you can use chicken or sausage) and season with some of the seasoning mixed earlier. Place a skillet in over high heat, add about 2 tablespoons of oil and cook the seasoned turkey on both sides.
The smaller the turkey faster it cooks. When the turkey is cooked remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and add the chopped sweet potatoes, make sure you cut the sweet potatoes small; the smaller the faster it will cook.
Cook the potatoes making sure you’re stirring to avoid burning. Make sure the potato is cooked or at least 98% cooked remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add more oil if you need to and saute the chopped onion for a few minutes, add chopped pepper (you can use a food processor to pulse too) stir and season with the remaining seasoning used for the turkey, salt, and pepper.
Cook for about 3 minutes, return the sweet potato and continue to cook until soft enough to eat and fully cooked, add the turkey and combine, check the seasoning and readjust if necessary.
