Yogurt Bowl

The foundation of a perfect yogurt bowl is, of course, yogurt. I used nonfat yogurt; you can use low-fat yogurt or your favorite. Once you have your yogurt base, the fun begins but adding the toppings. The possibilities for toppings are endless: fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, and many more.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt (or low fat or your favorite)
  • Toppings
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Raisins cranberries (each)
  • Few Seedless grapes and strawberries (sliced)
  • Handful of nuts walnuts, pecans, or your favorite nuts
  • Few pieces of dark chocolate
  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add the yogurt to a clean bowl, smooth the top part with a spoon, and layer the toppings.

  2. Drizzle honey if desired and enjoy!
