Broken Spaghetti Meatballs

Broken spaghetti meatball is a delicious meal full of flavors you will love.


  • 2 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/8 Cup Hot water
  • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmigianno-Reggiano cheese (or your choice)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 4 Tablespoons Onion (grated)
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley
  • 2 Cloves garlic (minced)
  • Bouillon seasoning powder/cube (optional)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Spaghetti (cold) or more


  1. In a large bowl, add the ground beef.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a small bowl, add the tomato paste and mix with hot water. Stir together.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  3. Add eggs,bouillon seasoning powder, parsley, grated onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

  4. Add cheese and the tomato.

  5. Mix together.

  6. Get the cold spaghetti.

  7. Scoop small ball from the beef mixture, get a small piece of the cold spaghetti. Combine to form a ball, place on the lined baking sheet.

  8. Repeat the process until you finish the beef mixture. 

  9. Bake in the oven until it is a little brown on the edges and cooked through. About 20 minutes.

  10. Let it cool down, serve with sauce.
